Wooden sleigh, painted gold, with two iron runners, each curving up the front panel, heavily decorated with carving. Seats one person. Rounded front, sides curve inwards slightly towards the front, rear panel also curved, with transversely mounted double handle at the top, for pushing. Openwork floral decoration on top of rear side and front panels, with applied floral decoration of same kind attached to these panels. Seat faces front and has removable section in it, revealing a small compartment beneath. The whole of the exterior is painted gold, some of which has flaked. [Tie on tag has 716 PW on it]
