Tea scoop with short oval handle and very large bowl with cut off end to enable scooping. The handle is painted black and the bowl is decorated on both front and rear with a red and black leaf work design on top of an gold/orange ground. The rim of the scoop is decorated with a repeated stamped diamond design. At some point in the past the handle has been reattached to the bowl.
