Three rag dolls, one of a young girl and two smaller dolls of a boy and girl. The small girl has a dark blue outfit, the young girl is wearing a floral dress and the small boy has a white outfit. The dolls are mounted in a red cigarette tin, with an inscription inside the lid which reads: 'Left: Small girl with shaved head wearing European frock and knickers. Made by Ma Bu Gyi, Arakanese, aged about 9. Sanchaung, February 1949. Middle: Young girl dressed in the yaunghton style worn by boys and girls from age about 8 to15. Made by Ma Bu Gyi in March 1949. Right: Small boy wearing 'rompers' in shirt and shorts. Made by Ma Than Tin, Burmese, age about 11, Sanchaung. April 1949.'
