bag (land transport: human powered)

A small woven bag with plaited handles. The majority of the bag is made from singular pieces of narrow, flat fibre, delicately woven with a central horizontal band of intricate geometric designs. The top and bottom of the bag have been decorated with fringing made form coarser fibre. There are also small pairs of plaited fibres hanging from the top, the bottom sections of these are left un plaited. Above the top rim of the bag there are sections with an open weave which connect to the handles. Large bunches of very coarse fibre are attached to the bottom half of the handles, which tie together at the top. There are large amounts of loose fibres in the bag with the object and they are continuing to fall off.
