Cornet in B flat, yellow brass, plated mouthpiece. In trumpet form. Three Berlin valves. Water key. Slight denting in parallel lines on bell at side of inscription. Stamped: Köhler & Son 35 Henrietta St., Covent Garden, London. Inscribed: Bayley's Improved Acoustic Cornet. Regd. April 8th 1862.

Measurements (two excel spreadsheets) saved in Individual Instruments file in Musical Instruments - Mimi Waitzman - Individual Instruments on the W drive. The measurements are accompanied by a Word document explaining the methodology for measuring, stored in the same folder.
