Headrest made from a long tapering piece of softwood which has four legs formed in pairs by wrapping a cut bamboo tube around the neck of the headrest and lashing the two extremities together. The central bar of the headrest is formed in a flat oval with a large ?reptile carving underneath and the two tapering ends are each carved into the form of a ?boar from the mouth of which emerges the head of a ?crocodile with a flat oval object in its mouth. Additional ? reptilian forms decorate the underside of these ends also.
