Mask carved from a solid piece of wood; painted in natural colours, representing Putri, from the topeng performance tradition. Head band and hair painted black and gold. The outer parts of the head band are made of two strips of hide, similarly painted, and attached with nails and bamboo pins. Narrow apertures under the eyes, wider for the nostrils. Quite crudely carved ears outlined in black paint. There would have once been representations of gold ear plugs, now missing.
