Marionette or doll representing a married woman, made from bisque and dressed in textile clothing. The skirt has an integral front apron with a border of black fabric with a centre panel of red, pink, green and yellow. The sides of the skirt are pleated and made of the same fabric. There are black trousers underneath the skirt. The upper garment is cream with wide sleeves and a blue border at the lower edge and across the chest, with an embroidered inner border. The doll's face is painted white and she has bound feet.
