Oware board, made of red hard wood, with two rows of six circular cups set either side of the longitudinal axis and one cup mounted centrally at either end. There is a ridge separating the two rows, interrupted in the middle by a hole allowing access to the hollow support which contains the counters (missing). The support is rectangular and bulbous with perforated decorations in the side face, edged with vertical groves and there is a vertically mounted semi-circular arm at either end. The base is rectangular with scalloped edges at the ends of the upper face and four angular transverse grooves at either end, which is similar to base design for a Ghanaian stool.
