Simon Hesketh
Simon Hesketh is a real estate professional and is currently an Executive Committee Director at U+I Group plc, a specialist regeneration and property developer.
Simon oversees the team responsible for the delivery of all of U+I’s regeneration projects including their Public Private Partnerships in the London, Manchester and Dublin city regions.
Simon was previously a Director of the Paddington Waterside Partnership (2012-2015), a not-for-profit company founded by the stakeholders within the Paddington Waterside regeneration area to ensure Paddington’s regeneration had a positive impact on all the communities that would be affected.
